This Website is owned and operated by WYETH Inc. (“WYETH”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
The Website has no visitor accounts, forms or checkout. If you write to us — for example through the Inquire button — we receive your email address, your name and anything you choose to include, and we use them only to reply and to help with your inquiry.
As with any website, our hosting provider receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and when. It is used to deliver the Website, keep it secure and fix problems.
We also keep our own simple count of how the Website is used: which pages and pieces are viewed, what is searched for, and when the Tearsheet, Inquire, Add to My Collection and Show code buttons are pressed. This uses no cookies. To count visitors without identifying anyone, your IP address is scrambled together with the day’s date and discarded; the scrambled code cannot be turned back into your address and changes every day. We also note the country, state and city your connection appears to come from, as our hosting provider reports them. When you save a tearsheet PDF, a similar scrambled code is kept for a short time to prevent abuse.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or any similar technology. The Website stores only what it needs to work:
You can clear all of these at any time in your browser’s settings.
In our showroom, you can search the collection by taking a photo. The photo is sent to our service providers, Anthropic and Cohere, to be analyzed and matched against our catalog. We do not store your photo, and it is used only to find matching pieces.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only with service providers that host and run the Website on our behalf, including those named above, and where the law requires it.
The Website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so it works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
The Website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to info@wyeth.nyc.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new date.

WYETH wants everyone to be able to explore our collection. We aim for the Website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
Among the steps we take:
We test the Website with automated accessibility tools and by hand, and we continue to review it as it changes.
If any part of the Website is difficult for you to use, please let us know at info@wyeth.nyc. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will work to fix it — and to get you the information you were looking for another way in the meantime.

WYETH began in 1994 as a small family gallery in Tribeca, built on its founders’ simple premise: to curate distinctive furniture and objects of integrity, preserve their character and honor their craftsmanship, and showcase them in a setting that invites discovery.
More than thirty years on, the collection spans vintage and mid-century design, modern pieces, and the anonymous industrial objects we have always loved, from celebrated works to those whose makers we may never know. Every piece is chosen by hand, and many pass through our own workshop before they reach you.
That workshop, in Brooklyn, is also where we produce our own line: made-to-order furniture and lighting, built by hand.
Over the years, WYETH has made its home on Franklin Street, Spring Street and Canal Street in New York City. Since 2008 it has also had a home in the fields of Sagaponack, where our showroom stands today.
Our showroom stands on Montauk Highway in Sagaponack, built by our family from simple natural materials in a field ringed by oak and pine. It is the best place to see the collection: in daylight, at full scale.
We’re open to the public, with hours that shift through the year. Our Google listing is updated regularly with current showroom hours, and we’re glad to set up an appointment if you’d like a quieter visit or a particular time.
Our Sagaponack showroom is available to rent for events, launches, private dinners, photography, film and more.
If you have a project in mind, tell us about it at info@wyeth.nyc.
